This site is operated by Tessera Foundation, a Cayman Islands foundation company (in formation). By accessing this site you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of the project

Tessera is a research-stage prediction market protocol. As of the date of this draft, no contracts are deployed to any public testnet or mainnet. There is no live protocol. There is no token. There are no users.

This site exists to share the protocol's design, research, and roadmap. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, any security, commodity interest, or financial instrument of any kind.

2. Eligibility — non-U.S. persons only

Tessera Foundation does not offer, sell, or distribute any token or financial product to U.S. persons as defined under Regulation S, Rule 902(k) of the U.S. Securities Act of 1933.

By using this site you represent that:

• You are not a U.S. person as defined by Regulation S
• You are not located in any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions (including but not limited to Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine, and any other jurisdiction designated by OFAC)
• You are not on any U.S. Treasury OFAC Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list or equivalent list maintained by the United Nations, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other relevant authority

All information on this site is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The protocol's design, mathematics, and code may contain errors. The whitepaper is a draft. The contracts have not been audited. Numerical results from the reference simulator are subject to revision.

Nothing on this site constitutes investment advice, legal advice, tax advice, or any other professional advice. You should consult your own advisors before making any decision related to digital assets or financial products.

4. Intellectual property

The whitepaper, design documents, and other content on this site are made available for public reading and research use. Source code, when published, will be made available under an open-source license to be specified at the time of release.

The "Tessera" name, the T-monogram logo, the wordmark, and related brand assets are property of Tessera Foundation (in formation).

5. Modifications

These terms may be modified at any time. The current version is always available at this URL. Material changes will be reflected in the version number and date.

6. Jurisdiction and disputes

Any dispute arising from your use of this site shall be governed by the laws of the Cayman Islands, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. By using this site you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Cayman Islands.

Drafting note: jurisdiction clause to be reviewed by counsel; may shift to arbitration under specific institutional rules depending on counsel guidance.
